    Dear Maarit, I love Gulasch and I cooked it several times during the winter months. My recipe is similar like yours, I also add a little ginger. And I love to cook “Semmelknödel” as a side dish. That are a kind of bread dumplings from old bread with sautéed onions and Petersilie, soaked in milk.
